Getting Started
It's easy to Get Started with Lift. The Chat app that you build demonstrates a bunch of Lift's advanced features and how easy those features are accessed.
From an MVC background
If you're coming from an MVC background (like Rails, Struts, etc.), there's a Chapter for you. The code examples are included and you can run them yourself.
